CANCELLATION POLICY: If an evaluation is not cancelled prior to 24 hrs of the scheduled evaluation time, we will be unable to reschedule and the evaluation fee is non-refundable. Please select that you agree to the cancellation policy before submitting the application *

We also offer evaluations done at your residence for a $175 fee. If you have a bite history or want an at-home evaluation. Please provided us times and days you are available for one of our trainers to come to your residence. Once your hit submit, please do not schedule a facility evaluation and exit out.
